All Personal Trainers are fully qualified and insured and have been selected by Enjoy Fitness based on their personality and performance.

Mark

With over 32 years in the industry, Mark is a qualified Sport and Exercise Scientist who brings energy, knowledge, and a deep love for fitness to every session. He’s all about helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process.

Jess

Jess is a Level 3 Personal Trainer who’s been part of the Enjoy Fitness team for nearly seven years. She specialises in coaching women and teenagers, bringing positivity and motivation to every session while helping clients hit their personal goals.

Matt

Matt is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with certifications in football coaching and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). With a background in elite sport through Portsmouth FC’s academy, Matt specialises in helping clients build strength and flexibility.

Lissie

Lissie is a Level 3 Personal Trainer who specialises in training women, particularly pre and postnatal clients. With a background in PR and marketing, she’s all about relatable, results-driven coaching. When she’s not training, she’s travelling the world or walking her beloved poodle, Buddy.

Marcus

Marcus is a friendly and approachable PT with a big passion for sports, music, and helping people feel at home in the gym. If you’re a beginner or looking to push yourself further, Marcus brings great energy and down-to-earth support.

Gemma

Gemma is a Level 3 Personal Trainer passionate about making fitness fun and accessible. As a mum of two who transformed her own health journey, she focuses on helping others boost confidence, manage stress, and improve wellbeing especially those juggling busy lives or dealing with chronic pain.

Beth

Beth grew up playing sports and has always loved being active, from hiking and lifting weights to water sports and aerial skills. She understands how tough it can feel to start from scratch and brings a relatable, supportive approach to every session. Her goal is to make fitness enjoyable, sustainable, and something that leaves you feeling confident for the long run.

Ben

Ben is a personal trainer passionate about helping people improve both physically and mentally. He’s all about motivating clients to become the best version of themselves, whether they’re brand new to the gym or ready to level up. With tailored programmes built around each client’s lifestyle and goals, Ben makes sure progress feels personal and achievable.

Evan

Evan is a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, specialising in functional strength training. With years of sports training experience, and an aptitude for helping clients with key weaknesses, Evan takes an emphasis on building client’s full body strength and thus confidence in the real world.
