The sessions will combine movement, breath and meditation. Integrating Yoga philosophy and theory helping to live a yogic life on and off the mat.

What you can expect from the class –

We’ll move and stretch in time with our breathing, finishing with 10 minutes of deep relaxation to leave you feeling calm, centred, and ready for a great nights sleep.
