RichaM topped the league for the 3rd month in a row now, can anyone stop him in a competition month?? Sandy, having completed the February FRED (February Run Every Day) challenge, finished 2nd and setting an example as our Hall of Fame Titan Member!! Boo finished 3rd, despite an injury at the end of the month, she has been very consistent with her Small Group PT sessions this month which has resulted in fantastic MEPS! SAM dropped from 2nd to 4th this month but has kept a her MEPS high as she contiunes with her running development and Small Group PT sessions. The top 5 was completed by RosL, her first appearance in the top 5 was helped with some intense 1 to 1 PT sessions and some awesome skiing!!! Well done RosL, need to keep up there now!

TOP TRAINER – February is the shortest month and a chance for people to get a mention on here for averaging an exercise session a day. However, there were only 4 individuals who exercised every day or more throughout the shortest month of the year! Well done to RichaM, AnneH, Boris and Sandy who all achieved a bout of exercise everyday. It was RichaM who topped the top trainer league this month with a huge 56 bouts of exercise (an average of 2 a day!). He also had the longest duration of exercising with 110 hours of exercise. TOP FOCUS – DarreM was back in the mentions this month as he topped the focus league with an average of 76%, an average in the Green!!! #Realfocus #efficient
TOP ZONE – We had a draw at the top of the Top Zone Charts!! With both gents achieving 2h 48mins in the red zone, that is 672 MEPS earned at 90% of their maximum heart rate or higher. Well done to Sandy and Al Capo, with his first month with a myzone!! WOW! #ouch! #lookingflushed
