Myzone Report – December 2025

In our last report for 2025 we had 63 people achieved the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations of 1300MEPS or more at ENJOY. This is a drop-off of 2 from November. December is traditionally a tough month to hit your exercise targets, but if you missed out it is important to jump back on the MEP train in January! Having topped the chart for 2 months Emily dropped to 2nd place in December due to a huge month from RichaM who jumped up from 2nd place with a huge 6605 MEPS. Although it remains these same two at the top for the last 4 months, can anyone knock these two off their positions???? A great month from Cookie saw him return to the top 5 for the first time in nearly a year. Well done also to Richard, back on the bike and back in the top 5 and to KLF back running too!!

TOP HEART –  Two people shared the top spot for Top Heart again in December, but it was two different people from November reaching a heart rate of 206bpm!!! WOW!!! Well done (I think!) to Sam and Jen for topping the Heart Rate league this month. #Brutal #keepbeating


TOP TRAINER – December is traditionally a tough month to be consistent with exercise and we had just 4 individuals who exercised every day or more throughout the 31 days of December. Well done to RichaM, KLF, SueDav and FrancisW who all achieved a bout of exercise everyday. It was RichaM who topped the top trainer league this month with a huge 73 bouts of exercise (over 2 a day!). Although it was Emily who again had the longest duration of exercising with 126 hours of exercise (How do you keep that myzone charged?). Well done though, that’s dedication! #SmellyStrap #dedication


TOP FOCUS – Kirst topped the focus league for this month with an average of 75% of her maximum heart rate in December, showing a real focus and commitment when she trains! #Realfocus #efficient


TOP ZONE – Another new person at the top of the Top Zone league this month Well done to KLF !! Her 2h 30mins is very impressive in the red zone, thats 600 MEPS at 90% of her maximum heart rate or higher. WOW! #ouch! #lookingflushed

THE EXCLUSIVE HALL OF FAME WARRIOR CLUB –

We have a new inductee in to the Hall of Fame Warrior club this month. Congratulations to PAULN who has now achieved 108 months in a row of achieving 1300MEPs or more!!!! So the exclusive club grows to 6 – LEYONJ, SANDY, ANNEH, COOPS, MAYESY and now PAULN. This leaves just 3 HoF ELITE members who are right behind them and hoping to get in to the Warrior club very soon. Who will be next to join the team of Warriors from – MELB, JANIEA and DARREM ?
