The March Madness Myzone Challenge really motivated clients to over-achieve this month. RichaM topped the league for the 4th month in a row but he had to work hard, nearly doubling his MEPS from February. He was pushed all the way in the competition by Ellen who finished a very respectable 2nd. Third and Fifth position were taken up by Wife and Husband Katie (3rd) and Ian (4th) after their holiday in Greece which incorporated a run in the Olympic stadium. Well done team!! In between these KTC also benefited from an active walking holiday showing the myzones are not just for the gym and can be used for all exercise types.

TOP HEART – Sam was back at the top of the Top Heart competition with a heart rate of 204bpm. She is really pushing herself on her running training at the moment and this sort of heart rate will have a huge impact on her Lactate threshold, well done!!! #Brutal #keepbeating
TOP TRAINER – The March Madness Myzone Challenge really encouraged a lot of people in to exercising more. We had 10 individuals who exercised every day or more throughout the March, the highest number in a month ever! Well done to RichaM, AnneH, KTC, EllenH, Katie, Ian, SueDav, NiamhMor, Boris, and Millsi who all achieved an average of a bout of exercise everyday. It was RichaM who topped the top trainer league this month with a huge 86 bouts of exercise (an average of nearly 3 a day!). It was EllenH who had the longest duration of exercising though, with 168 hours of exercise. That’s dedication! #SmellyStrap #dedication
TOP FOCUS – UTC was back in the mentions this month as he topped the focus league with an average of 77%, an average in the Green!!! #Realfocus #efficient
TOP ZONE – We had a first time mention in the shout outs for Pal AL, who topped the Top Zone Chart achieving 2h 03mins in the red zone, that is 492MEPS earned at 90% of their maximum heart rate or higher. WOW! #ouch! #lookingflushed
